Shipping Policy
At IDP Dental Store, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and accurately. We know how important it is to receive your items on time, at the correct address, and exactly as you ordered them. We meticulously process every order to ensure timely arrival, but please take a moment to review the following guidelines and policies. Fast Shipping
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day, with some exceptions.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
- Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. holidays.
Back-Ordered Items
If an item you ordered is on back-order, we will promptly notify you via email with an estimated shipping date. You'll have the option to cancel your back-ordered item(s) for a full refund.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times can vary due to:
- Item availability
- Your chosen shipping method
- Carrier operating hours
- Unforeseen shipping exceptions or delays
While we typically process and ship your order within 1 business day of receipt, carrier delays are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for late shipments. If you require items by a specific date, please understand that you assume the risk of potential delays.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you can't locate your package, please first check with your postman or neighbors. IDP Dental Store will only reship lost or damaged packages via the original shipping method if you purchased the "Signature Required at Delivery" option at checkout. This option is crucial for ensuring the secure delivery of your order.
International Shipments & Duty Fees
For all international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs department upon the importation of goods from the U.S.
Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accompanying accessories.
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Details
- Refund Amount: Your refund will be the original purchase price of the item(s), minus any shipping charges from the initial order.
- Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged item).
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning item(s) unless the return is due to an error by IDP Dental Store. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery at idpdentalstore@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.
