Shipping Policy:

We are committed to providing our customers with fast, reliable, and accurate shipping services. We understand the importance of receiving your order on time, to the exact address, and with the package containing everything you purchased. We will process every order with attention to detail and ensure a timely arrival; HOWEVER, you must understand the following guidelines and policies. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us at for assistance.

Fast Shipping:

  • We process and ship your order from Mondays to Fridays.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day (except some circumstances).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Back-Ordered Items:

  • We will contact you via email or phone call to notify you of any back-ordered items and provide you with an estimated shipping date.
  • You may choose to cancel your back-ordered item(s) for a full refund.

Delivery Estimate:

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on items' availability, your chosen shipping method, the carrier's operation hours, and most importantly, shipping exceptions and delays.
  • We usually process your order within 1-day after your order is received and drop it same or next business day. However, shipments might be delayed by the carrier due to unknown reasons. We cannot take responsibility for late shipments. If you require the items to arrive before a certain date, you must assume the risk of late arrival, which is beyond our control.
  • MISSING/LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES: If the tracking status shows delivered but can't find your package, please ask your postman or neighbors. IDP Dental Store will only reship lost or damaged packages via the original chosen shipping method if the customer purchased shipping protection insurance during checkout.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT DUTY FEES: You will be responsible for any fees imposed on the importation of the goods to YOUR Country by YOUR customs department for purchasing products from the US.



Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on eligible items, subject to the following conditions:


  • To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days after delivery of your item.
  • The item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

Refund Process:

  • Please contact our customer support team at to initiate the refund process.
  • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with an instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Calculation:

  • The refund amount will be calculated as the original purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges.
  • Please note that shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 10 days.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 1-day of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
